and again, the materials, you have upgrades, called "Guild Hall Decorations Merchant 1 and 2" "Guild Trader 1, 2, 3, 4, 5" and workshop all of thoses needed to be able to purchase all the decos at the merchants at the start, you don't have lattices and monuments as example. Some may even not want to do the claim mission everytime. But it got some nice uses like chef 500, the nodes, and kitties.Second point, not everyone is in a guild or have the money to claim a guild hall. The home instance on the other side, have the meaning of existing to support the personal story. A table? Just 4 dowels and 3 planks! (Well maybe some nails). You have to make small components to fuse then add another thing. It could have been melted with guild hall to bring them back under spotlight.- "You already have guild hall, why?" -> The decorations system is costly, and a draft: The decos are hell to craft, and the links between each component is labyrinthine. Sure, us, housing lover may be a minority or a good group. It would certainly help bringing more fashion to the cash shop and more revenue for this awesome game! I don’t know exactly how much time and money it would take to make something like this, but maybe it is worth looking at. This would also be a huge possibility for ArenaNet to make some money, since they could bring skins of different items, furniture, gadgets to the cash shop specifically for placement in the home instance.Īlso make ready buildings available in the cash shop for people who are not very talented or don’t have as much imagination.(like me)
You could visit the instances of other players if you would want to finish their jumping puzzles or spend some time with them. If you never played, it would be an instance of land, where you as a player can place every placeable object as you wish (furniture, trophies, fun gadgets, mining nodes etc.) via controlling of their X,Y,Z positions in the instance.Very accurate placement would give us the possibility of making our own constructions and even super nice jumping puzzles!
I was thinking if there is a possibility for Guild Wars 2 to have instanced player housing in the future like they were in Wildstar for example.
